Women on Red Background is born from Tejedor’s passion for anatomical drawing of the female form.

Using a very limited but intense palette, the women—completely blue—stand out against a deep cadmium red background, creating a powerful and expressive contrast.

The nude bodies, charged with eroticism, explore the tension between societal gaze and intimacy, vulnerability and strength.

Each woman emerges with presence and restrained emotion.
